ULTRASURF settings:

Go to option > proxy setting > manual proxy setting

Just follow:

Apn: www.globe.com.ph
Proxy host: 203.177.42.214

Proxy port: 8080

Notes:

webproxy (google chrome) = can access symbianize and youtube but can't access to facebook (use firefox)

ultrasurf (google chrome) = can't access to symbianize (use other proxy) but can access to youtube and facebook
